陈旧性距骨骨折的治疗进展

摘要 距骨骨折多为高能量损伤，发生比例不到全身骨折的1％，但由于其特殊的解剖特点，骨折并发症较多且严重。约60％以上的距骨表面被软骨覆盖，其余部分覆以骨膜，以维持血供，无肌肉或肌腱附着，
