摘要
A method for separation of glucose oxidase(GOD) has been developed. A chroma tographic column is filled with an anion exchanger of styrene divinyl benzene matrix conta ining quaternary ammonium salt. The buffered phosphate and acetate solutions were used as eluents. Two GOD components(GOD A and GOD B) were separated by this method. Their enzyme activity and ζ potential values were 86 9, 27 3, and -4 3 mV, -6 4 mV, respecti vely . The simplicity and low cost of the method make it valuable for practical applications.
