摘要
分析了红外辐射温度测量电路光电转换的基本原理,从实际应用情况入手,设计用于高速运动或运转物体的温度测量.硬件电路主要包括光电转换、前置放大、低通滤波器、后级放大.介绍了电路各个部分的作用和设计方法.最后对电路噪声特性进行研究,提出改善信噪比的方法.
This paper analyzes the basic principle of photoelectric conversion in the thermal radiation temperature measuring system. Starting from the actual application, a temperature measurement system for high-speed moving or running objects is designed. The hardware circuit mainly includes photoelectric conversion module, preamplifier module, low-pass filter, post-level amplification module. This paper describes the function and design methods for every module of the circuit. Finally, a method is proposed to improve the signal to noise ratio by researching on the system noise.
