摘要
介绍了基于LabVIEW及PXI6123采集卡设计的高温环境下的温度监测系统.通过辐射测温对温度进行采集,以虚拟仪器开发软件LabVIEW编写数据处理以及提供用户操作界面和显示界面的交互平台.实现了对温度的在线监控,并对所采集到的数据进行存储,提供对历史数据的查阅、分析、显示,可通过互联网进行数据传输.实验结果表明,温度控制精度满足工业需求.
This paper introduces the design of a temperature monitoring system under high-temperature environment based on LabVIEW and PXI6123 data acquisition board. Through the temperature collecting by radiation thermometry, and based on an interactive platform programmed by the virtual instrument development software LabVIEW which processes data and provides an interface for display and users' operation, the following functions can be achieved: The online monitoring of temperature; the successful storage of data collected; the access, analysis and display of historical data; the data transmission through the Intemet. The experimental results show that the precision of temperature control can meet industrial needs.
