摘要
提出用HP -Wax强极性毛细管柱分离,热导检测器检测,以环戊醇作内标定量,同时测定碳酸二甲酯纯度及其杂质。探讨了方法的内标校正因子、各组分的线性相关性及微量水的分离和定量等,结果令人满意。其相对标准偏差<4.6% ,绝对误差<0.04%。
A gas chromatographic method for the determination of dimethyl carbonate(DMC) purity and its impurities has been developed with HP-Wax polar capillary column and thermal conductivity detector. Cyclopentanol was used as an internal standard. The separating column, internal standard and carrier gas were selected. The correction factor and linear relationship for each component, as well as trace water determination were examined. The method is accurate and precision. The RSD is less than 4.6%, while the absolute error is less than 0.04%. The method was applied to determine a practical sample with satisfactory result.
