摘要
目的探讨复方莪术散对子宫内膜异位症(内异症)患者异位和在位子宫内膜中T淋巴细胞分泌的受激活调节因子(RANTES)表达的影响,为复方莪术散临床应用寻找理论依据。方法选择卵巢型内异症行腹腔镜手术治疗的患者53例,术前予复方莪术散治疗3个月的23例内异症患者作为A组,术前未经治疗的30例内异症患者作为B组,另选择同期行腹腔镜手术的30例子宫肌瘤患者作为C组,采用免疫组化SP法检测A组和B组患者异位和在位子宫内膜及C组子宫内膜中RANTES的表达水平。结果内异症患者在位子宫内膜中RANTES的表达水平显著高于C组(P均<0.05),异位内膜中RANTES表达水平明显高于在位内膜(P<0.001)。A组异位、在位内膜中RANTES的表达水平明显低于B组(P均<0.05)。结论内异症患者异位和在位内膜中RANTES的表达明显增强,与内异症的发生、发展密切相关。复方莪术散能够下调内异症患者异位、在位内膜中RANTES的表达水平,从而干预在位内膜的生物学特性,在抑制炎性免疫反应方面发挥治疗作用。
Objective It is to study the effect of Compound Rhizoma curcumae powder on expression of RANTES in ectopic and eutopic endometrium in patients with endometriosis, thus to find theoretical basis for further application of this drug in clinic. Methods Using immunohistochemistry SP method, the expression level of RANTES were detected in ectopic and eutop- ie endometrium in 53 cases of hospitalized patients with endometriosis undergoing laparoscopic surgery, in which 23 cases were given compound Rhizoma curcumae powder for 3 months before surgery( group A)and 30 cases untreated( group B) , compared with that in endometrium from hysteromyoma patients of 30 cases(group C). Results Expression of RANTES was significantly higher in eutopic endometrinm of endometriosis group than that of group C(P 〈 0.05). Expression of RANTES was higher in ectopic endometrium than that in eutopie endometrium(P 〈 0. 001 ). The expression of RANTES in ectopic endometrium and eutopic endometrium in patients of group A were significantly lower than that in group B ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Significantly increased expression of RANTES in ectopic and eutopic endometrium in patients with endometriosis may be closely related to pathogenesis of endometriosis. Compound Rhizoma curcumae powder may reduce the expression of RANTES in ectopic and eu- topic endometrium in patients with endometriosis, thus it may intervene eutopic endometrium and play a therapeutic role in inhibiting inflammatory immune responses.
