摘要 应用气相色谱 -原子发射光谱(GC -AED)同时检测S_(2_二异丙基氨乙基 )甲基硫赶膦酸乙酯 (VX)、二苯羟乙酸_3_喹咛环酯 (Bz)战剂及其降解产物等5种化合物 ,得到了C、H、S、N、O、P6种元素色谱图 ,通过选择合适的检测元素 ,其检出限VX为15.6mg/L ,Bz为16.79mg/L,二异丙基氨基乙硫醇为3.02mg/L ,3_羟基喹咛为28.40mg/L ,二苯羟乙酸甲酯为31.78mg/L。 A method for the determination of micro amounts of nerve agents O _ ethyl S _ [2 _( diisopropylamino)ethyl]methylphosphonothioate(VX, C11H26PO2SN) and 3 _ quinuclidinyl benzilate(Bz, C21H23O3N) as well as their degradation products by gas chromatography coupled with atomic emission detector(GC- AED) has been developed. The element chromatograms for C, H, S, N, O, and P were obtained. By selecting the proper element, the detection limits for VX, BZ, diisopropylaminoethylthiol, 3 _ quinuclidinol(C7H13ON), and methyl diphenylhydroxyacetate are 15.60, 16.79, 3.02, 28.40 and 31.78 mg/L, respectively.
