酮咯酸氨丁三醇复合瑞芬太尼和丙泊酚靶控镇静对麻醉深度的影响 被引量:12

摘要 目的观察酮咯酸氨丁三醇静脉注射对瑞芬太尼和丙泊酚靶控(TCI)输注镇静时麻醉深度的影响。方法将80例年龄30~55岁,ASAⅠ或Ⅱ级患者随机分为T1、T2、T3组和C组,每组20例。采用瑞芬太尼和丙泊酚联合靶控输注麻醉,T1、T2、T3组在术中待麻醉深度调整合适后分别静脉注射酮咯酸氨丁三醇30,45,60 mg,C组为对照组。观察脑电双频指数(BIS)、MAP和HR。记录清醒期间Geller和Freye氏评分及术中知晓、恶心、呕吐情况。结果观察组患者麻醉顺利,术中血流动力学稳定,清醒期间未发现与麻醉相关的不良反应。结论静脉推注临床剂量的酮咯酸氨丁三醇对丙泊酚靶控输注时的BIS和麻醉苏醒没有明显的影响。
