Technical Minimum Requirements for Power Generation Systems Connected to the Low-voltage Distribution Network

随着太阳能光伏发电、生物质发电等容量较小的节能环保型电源的快速发展,以分布式电源的形式接入低压配电网的需求不断增加。分布式电源接入低压配电网会对电网电能质量和安全稳定运行产生一定影响,为此,德国制定了相应的分布式电源接入低压配电网运行管理规定。本文介绍了该规定的范围、管理规定和技术要求,以为我国制定相关规定提供参考。

With the rapid development of energy-saving environmentally friendly power sources with the smaller capacity such as solar photovohaic and biomass power, the demand of distributed power generation systems connected to the low-vohage distribution network is increasing. Distributed power generation systems connected to the low-voltage distribution will make impact on power quality, security and stability operation of power grid. So Germany has developed technical minimum requirements for power generation systems connected to the low-voltage distribution network. This article describes the scope, operation regulations and technical requirements of the provision, to provide a reference for the development of relevant provisions in China.
