我国农村公路养护中的问题及对策研究

Problems in China's Rural Highway Maintenance and Countermeasures

公路作为农村重要基础设施,在新农村建设中的地位尤显重要。但公路建成之后,养护与管理过程中产生的法律问题成了社会广泛关注的焦点。本文在系统介绍农村公路养护现状的基础上,从法律制度视角进一步分析公路养护的重要性,进而提出加强农村公路养护工作的对策建议。

As an important infrastructure, rural highway plays an important role in the new rural construction. But after highways are built, legal problems in maintenance and management process became the focus of society. This paper introduced the current situation of rural highway maintenance, from a perspective of legal system, further analyzed the importance of the highway maintenance, and then put forward the countermeasures to strengthen rural highway maintenance.
