高职能力本位实践教学模式的构建

Construction of Higher Vocational Competence-based Model of Practice Teaching

高职教育的根本目的是培养生产一线的高技能应用型人才,因此,必须以能力为本位构建适合高职教育的实践教学模式。我院通过长期的研究和实践,探索出三层次四环节的实践教学模式,取得了较好的教学效果。

The fundamental purpose of higher vocational education is to train highly skilled application personnel of production line, therefore, we must take competency as basis to build practical teaching mode suiting higher vocational education. Through long-term research and practice, the model of practice teaching of three-level and four links is explored in Shaoyang Vocational ＆ Technical College, which gets better teaching effect.
