摘要
图书馆工作者的服务质量和服务态度直接决定了图书能否给读者提供方便,让读者从中受益。本文主要分析了目前我国图书管理工作存在的问题,并给出具体的解决方案,详细阐述图书馆工作者如何才能为读者提供优质服务,供有关人士参考查阅。
The library workers service quality and service attitude directly determine whether the books can provide convenience to the reader or not, allowing readers to benefit from it. This paper mainly analyzed existing problems in China's library management at present, and gave specific solutions, finally, how to provide high quality service for readers is explored in detail for reference.
