Discussing the Evidence-based Selection of Essential Medicines of China by the Investigation of Selection of Lorazepam into WHO Essential Medicine List

目的通过研究WHO基本药物遴选原则和程序,分析我国当前基本药物遴选存在的问题,为我国更好的使用循证理念指导基本药物遴选提出建议。方法采用对比研究、文献研究和实证研究的方法。结果与结论我国基本药物目录在遴选原则和程序上已要求遵循循证理念,重视证据使用,但执行情况并不令人满意。建议增加循证评价方法和证据方面的研究,推动我国基本药物的循证遴选,提高基本药物决策的科学合理性。

Objective To provide valueable suggestion to evidence-based selection of essential medicines of China, by the investigation of selection principles and procedures of WHO essential medicines and by the analysis of problems of the essential medicines selection. Methods By the comparative analysis of methods, literature review and empirical methods, we have studied. Results and Conclusion The principle of evidence-based concept has been requested in the selection process of Chinese essential medicines list, but the implementation is not satisfactory. We advised the government authorities to increase the use of assessment methods and evidence in evidence-based research to promote evidence-based selection of essential medicines in China, to improve the rationality in the decision-making of essential medicines＇ choosing.
