我院173份中成药说明书的分析

Analysis of 173 Instruction Manuals of Traditional Chinese Patent Medicines in Our Hospital

目的了解中成药说明书内容的完整性,给医师和患者安全使用中成药提供重要的信息。方法收集我院正在使用的中成药说明书173份,对其23项内容的完整性进行调查统计。结果173份中成药说明书中处方药115种,占66.5%;非处方药58种,占33.5%。其中药品名称、性状、功能与主治、用法用量、不良反应、禁忌、注意事项、贮藏、包装、有效期、执行标准、批准文号、说明书修订日期和生产企业等14项标识率虽为100%,但是在不良反应、禁忌、注意事项等方面还存在一些问题。结论应进一步加强中成药说明书的管理,为人们正确、合理用药提供法定依据。

Objective To analyze reports on the integrity of instructions of traditional Chinese patent medicines （CPM）, to provide the important information of safe use for clinical physicians and patients. Methods One hundred and seventy-one instructions of traditional CPM in our hospital were analyzed, and 23 contents of the instruction manuals were investigated. Results There were 115 kinds of prescription drugs （66.5%） and 58 kinds of over the counter （OTC） （33.5%） in 173 traditional CPM. The identification ratios of the drug name, properties, functions and indications, dosage, adverse reactions, contraindieations, precautions, storage, packaging, validity, implementation of standards, approval number, specification revision date and production enterprises were 100%, but problems in adverse reactions, eontraindications and precautions still existed. Conclusion It＇s nessary to further strengthen the management of the instruction manuals of traditional CPM, to provide a statutory basis for correct and rational using of CPM.
