摘要
在硫酸介质中,基于钒对次甲基蓝与溴酸钾和抗坏血酸的催化氧化还原反应的抑制作用,建立了高灵敏度测定痕量钒新的动力学分析方法。其检出限为3.5×10-11g/mL,线性范围0~10μg/L。方法可用于食物、药材及水中钒的测定,结果均较为满意。
A new kinetic spectrophotometric method has been developed for determinaton of trace vanadium based on the catalytic effect of V(V) in the redox reaction of methylene blue KIO4-ascorbic acid system in sulfuric acid medium. The method has high sensitivity for the determination of trace vanadium.The linear range of determination is 0 ~ 10 μg/L. The detection limit is 3. 5×10-11 g/mL. The methed has been used for the determination of trace vanadium in rice, flour and water with satisfactory results.
