摘要 采用覆砂铁型铸造工艺试生产了曳引轮铸件,曾发现铸件有夹砂、变形、夹渣等缺陷,分析其产生缺陷的原因并采取相应的改进措施,之后铸造缺陷已明显减少,铸件的合格率从60%提高到98%以上。 Traction wheel castings were trial-produced by using resin sand-coated cast iron mould casting process and the sand inclusion, deformation, slag inclusion and some other defects had been found on the castings.The reason causing defects was analyzed and appropriate improving measures were taken, since then the casting defects has been obviously reduced and therefore the pass rate of castings has increased from 60% to 98%.
