摘要
对铁路客车用蠕墨铸铁制动盘出现的灰斑缺陷的形成原因和影响因素进行了分析,并对铸件的化学成分、蠕化剂成分、工艺参数及方法进行了调整。查明了影响灰斑形成的主要因素是w(Mg残)、w(RE残)、w(S)量、型内气体排放情况以及铸件凝固时间等,并确定了蠕墨铸铁制动盘的w(Mg残)和w(Re残)量的最佳控制范围。
The reason causing the gray spot defects of the vermicular iron brake disc used for the railway coach and the factors influencing the defect formation was analyzed, as well as the chemical composition of the casting, the composition of the vemficularizing alloy,the process parameters and method was adjusted.It was found that the main factors influencing the gray spot formation were as follows:the residual magnesium content, residual rare earth content, sulfur content, the gas venting condition of the mould cavity, solidification time of the casting and so on, as well as the optimal control range of the residual magnesium and rare earth contents for the vermieular iron brake disc were determined.
