摘要 根据柴油机四缸缸体的结构特点及实际生产情况,设计了三乙胺冷芯制芯中心。介绍了制芯工艺流程、砂芯的组合及锁芯工艺。上述设备和工艺已成功地应用于制作485、490、4L68/88、4B28TC等柴油机缸体主体砂芯并取得了较好的效果,为生产形状复杂、薄壁、洁净发动机缸体和缸盖类铸件提供了可靠的条件。 Based on the cylinder block configuration characteristics of a 4-cylinder diesel engine and the productive practice, a triethylamine cold box core-making center was designed. The core-making process flow, cores assembling process and c, ores locking process were introduced. Above mentioned equipment and process has been successfully used to produce the cylinder block main cores of 485,490,4L68/88,4B28TC model diesel engines and brought excellent results that created reliable conditions for the production of configuration-complicated,thin-wall and clean engine cylinder block and cylinder head castings.
