摘要
某发动机的排气歧管在试验过程中出现了翘曲变型的情况。本研究利用流固耦合的方法模拟了排气歧管全速全负荷的温度场和热变形,并在此基础上提出了优化方案。优化后的设计方案顺利通过了试验考核。
An exhaust manifold was warped during test. CFD & FEA coupling method was used to simulate the temperature and deformation in its full load cycle, and an optimization design plan was recommended. The optimization design passed the test all right.
