摘要
本文主要论述振动法打桩施工中所采用的电动振动锤多桩锤联动方案。多桩锤同步振动方案是解决单锤打桩功率不足问题的一种有效方法。作者对多锤同步振动控制的基本原理进行了论述,在此基础上设计了基于贝加莱ACOPOSinverter变频器和Ethernet Powerlink工业实时以太网的主从速度补偿同步振动控制系统并制订了速度同步与相位同步的控制策略。工业试验表明,这种基于实时高速以太网通讯的多锤联动控制系统能较好地实现同步振动,其响应快速,稳定性好,速度差与相位差均能满足施工要求。
This paper describes a scheme based on multi-pile hammers linkage of motor-driven vibratory hammer, which has been adopted in pile driving construction. To use multi- pile hammers synchronous vibration is an effective way to under-power for pile driving when using single pile hammer. We explain the fundamental principle of multi-pile hammers synchronous vibration control. Then we design a synchronous vibration control system with the master-slave angular velocity compensation based on B&R’ ACOPOSinverter frequency converters and Ethernet Powerlink industrial real time Ethernet., The control strategy of angular velocity synchronization and phase synchronization is also provided. The industrial experiments show that this system can achieve synchronous vibration, rapid response, well stability, small angular speed difference and phase difference.
