摘要
结合工程设计,对带钢的剪切原理和带钢的剪切过程进行了分析,计算了上切式剪切和下切式剪切的剪切力,介绍了双层剪的侧隙调整机构,分析了剪刃侧隙调整机构及剪刃的侧隙对带钢剪切质量的影响。双层剪的设计和参数的选择提供了参考依据。
According to the engineering design, the mechanics of the trim and the process of the trimming is analyzed, the cutting force needed is caculated, the side - gap adjusted mechanism is introduced, and the effect of the strip on cutting quality of the adjusted mechanism and the side gap are discussed, the research is worth reference for the design and parameters selection of the double - cut shear.
