摘要
针对某烧结厂烧结机台车栏板频繁断裂的问题,采用热-机耦合法,首先利用有限元软件ANSYS建立台车栏板的三维有限元模型,并在此基础上模拟栏板在不同时刻温度作用下各部位的应力变化,并结合栏板材料的金相分析,找出了台车栏板断裂的原因,即栏板结构的安全裕度不大,但不会引起栏板裂纹;栏板材料的石墨面积率仅为0.1左右,球状修正系数为0,基本无球化,这是造成台车栏板断裂的主要原因。
Based on fracture problem of the sintering machine fence in a factory, the thermal - structure coupling method is used, the finite element software ANSYS is adopted to establish the 3D finite element model of the fence, and on this basis, the stress variation at different temperature are simulated. The reasons for the fracture prob- lem are found through the FEM analysis and the metallurgical structure analysis. The analysis results show that safety margin of the fence is not high, but it can not cause fracture ; The graphite area ratio of material is only about 0.1, spherical correction factor is 0, almost no spheroidization, that is the main factor of causing fence fracture.
