摘要
介绍了安钢60Si2Mn热轧盘条的工艺特点、产品质量,及其在铁路弹簧扣件生产中的应用。冶炼工艺采取了多项关键技术以实现窄成分控制和钢水洁净度控制,保证了铸坯无缺陷生产;利用摩根第六代高速线材生产工艺设备,采用控轧控冷,盘条尺寸精确控制在13~13.2mm,抗拉强度为950~1050MPa,面缩为36%~47%,硬度为269~288HRB,组织为S+P+F,脱碳层深度小于1%D;生产的60Si2Mn弹条硬度为41~46HRC,组织为均匀回火索氏体,疲劳试验达到700万次无损坏,残余变形小于1mm,完全满足TB/T 1495.2和用户要求。
Technological characteristics and product quality of 60Si2Mn hot-rolled coil rod in Angang Steel, together with its application in spring workpiece production had been introduced in this article. In smelting process, multiple key technologies had been taken to achieve the controlling of molten steel purity and narrow compo- nent for 60Si2Mn, which become the key to guaranteeing non-defects billet production; Meanwhile, The adoption of the controlled rolling and controlled cooling technique based on the Morgan sixth generation high speed wire rod production process equipments had made 60Si2Mn wire-rod size controlled in 13mm -13.2mm, tensile strength in 950MPa - 1050MPa, shrinkage in 36% -47% , hardness in 269 -288 HRB, microstructure for S + P + F, and decarburization layer depth for less than 1% D. And the 60Si2Mn spring workpiece of Angang Steel, with the hardness during 41 -46 HRC, fine tempering sorbite microstructure, up to 7 million times' fatigue life and residual deformation for less than lmm, could fully satisfy the current National Standard of TB/T 1495.2 and the users.
