Developed and Key Technology of Large Type Reel With Eight-pyramid

介绍了大型八棱锥卷筒的工作原理、结构特点及主要性能参数,运用有限元软件进行卷筒静强度分析,优化卷筒设计参数,合理选择材料;研究了卷筒扇形板防变形、棱锥轴精密分度加工及卷筒整体加工工艺优化等制造技术。

The present paper reviews the working principle of the large eight - pyramid rolls, structural features and main performance parameters, the static strength of the reel is analyzed by finite element software, reel design parameters are optimized and a reasonable materials is selected, this paper also studies the manufacturing technology, such as the reel with segment plate which can prevet deformation, pyramid axis precision points degree of processing and the reel of the overall process optimization.
