This paper introduces function, feature, construction and operating principle of dual-pilot free float steam trap. It also analyzes how dual-pilot free float steam trap discharges sedimentary water auto- matically in steam separator or natural gas tank. The calculation method of real flow rate, opening force of valve core and selection of float are also listed.
