固定化细胞颗粒内的反应扩散基础方程式的计算

Kinetic Study of Immobilized Cells for Biodegration of Las in Waste Water in a Three-Phase Fluidized-Bed Reactor

摘要 利用计算机模拟三相流态化下固定化细胞降解废水中的表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠 (LAS)的动力学过程 ,包括固定化细胞颗粒内的反应 -扩散过程。利用有效系数法求解固定化细胞颗粒内的反应 扩散基础方程式 ,得到了相关动力学参数与浓度之间的关系曲线图。该计算方法对固定化细胞降解废水具有普遍的应用性。 The computer simulation is carried out for the degradation of linear alkylbenzene sulfonate(LAS) in waste water in a three phase fluidized bed reactor, and reaction diffusion processes in the immobilized cells are revolved. The kinetic parameters are achieved by the effective coefficient method. The result agrees fairly well with the experimental data.This method can be used in other degradations by immobilized cells in waste water.
