The Methods of Evaluation and Applied Research of the Carrying out Stage Unexpected Risks of Real Estate Direct Investment

本文针对非预期风险的特征,以模糊数学为理论依据设计了房地产开发项目实施阶段非预期风险的评价模型,在分析房地产开发项目实施阶段非预期风险构成因素和调研资料的基础上,探讨了多级模糊综合评价法在非预期风险评价中的应用。

Directing at the characteristic of unexpected risks, this paper aims to design the carrying out stage of real estate direct investment unexpected risks evaluation method, based on the theory of fuzzy mathematics. After analyzing the component factors of the carrying out stage of real estate direct investment unexpected risks and some researches on this project, this paper also discusses the application of multilevel fuzzy framework for assessing in the unexpected risks evaluation.
