摘要
研究了二溴羟基苯基荧光酮与铍的显色体系。在 p H 9.5~ 1 0 .2及甘露醇存在下 ,铍与二溴羟基苯基荧光酮、CTMAB形成 1∶ 2∶ 2的橙红色配合物 ,λmax=550 nm,ε550 =1 .2 2× 1 0 5,铍浓度在 0~ 2 μg/2 5ml范围内符合比耳定律 ,方法灵敏 ,选择性高。
It is reported in this paper that in the presence of CTMAB, beryllium(Ⅱ) reacts with dibromohydroxy phenyfluorone (DBHPF) in the pH range 9.5~10.2 to form an orange red colord tri component complex with its absorption maxima at 550nm, and a molar absorptivity of 1.22×10 5. Beer′s law holds in the concentration range for beryllium(Ⅱ) of 0~2μg/25ml. The proposed method proves to be sensitive and selective.
