摘要
对福林试剂光度法快速测定血中抗坏血酸的反应条件进行研究 ,结果表明 ,反应的λmax=760 nm,线性范围为 0～ 4 0 μg/5ml,RSD为 1 .80 %～ 2 .0 8% ,用于实际样品分析 ,结果满意。
The method for rapid spectrophotometric determination of ascorbic acid in whole blood with folin reagent is described. The λ max lies at 760nm. Beer′s law is obeyed in the range of 0~40μg/5ml for ascorbic acid, and the relative standard deviations are from 1.80% to 2.08%. This method has been applied to the blood sample determination of ascorbic acid in whole blood with satisfactory results.
