摘要
酸性条件下 ,Cr( )与二苯卡巴肼形成稳定的紫红色络合物 ,在 544nm处有最大吸收 ,利用过氧化氢对该体系的褪色作用可实现过氧化氢的间接测定 ,摩尔吸光系数为 2 .51× 1 0 4 L·mol- 1 ·cm- 1 ,检出下限为 0 .38μmol·L- 1 。建立的方法具有较高灵敏度和较好选择性 ,用于济南地区雨水中过氧化氢的测定 ,结果满意。
In an acidic medium, a violet red complex ( λ max 544nm) is formed between Cr(Ⅵ) and diphenylcarbazide. In the presence of hydrogen peroxide, a color fading reaction is observed due to the destruction of the Cr(Ⅵ) complex. Based on this phenonmenon, an indirect method for the determination of hydrogen peroxide is proposed. Molar absorptivity of this method is found to be 2.5×10 4L·mol -1 ·cm -1 , and its detection limit to be 0.38μmol·L -1 . This method has been applied to the determination of hydrogen peroxide in raining water of Jinan area with good sensitivity, selectivity and accuracy.
