我国优秀女子铅球运动员最后用力技术的运动学分析

选定进入2010年全国田径大奖赛(苏州站)女子铅球决赛前8名的运动员最后用力阶段技术为研究对象,研究结果显示:最后用力阶段运动员有右肘关节提前用力的不合理现象,右下肢蹬伸不够充分;铅球出手瞬间,左髋伸展不充分,左踝角和左膝角的蹬伸幅度不够充分;最后用力距离短,铅球出手高度、速度与优秀运动员相比,有较大差距。通过与世界优秀运动员的运动学参数进行比较与分析,找出差异,促进我国女子铅球运动不断提高,早日赶超世界先进水平。
