加强河南省高校体育场馆与社会资源共享之探析

Analysis of Strengthening the Degree of Sharing the University Stadiums Resources with Society in Henan Province

本文通过文献资料法、调查研究法等对河南省8所高校体育场馆资源与社会共享状况展开调查,研究认为河南省高校体育场馆资源较为丰富,但是对社会开放程度不高,探析其原因有:校方对资源与社会共享态度不明确,缺乏有效管理等;建议出台学校体育场馆资源与社会共享的相关文件及规范化管理制度,校方积极转变观念并加强场馆资源社会化与产业化,积极探索高校与社区进行资源共享和"优势互补"的新模式等。

The article is based on the investigation about the degree of sharing the university stadiums resources with the society in Henan Province. The result of the investigation shows that the resources of the university stadiums are rich. However, the degree of opening for society is not high enough. The reason why the situation formed is that the universities lack of the specific awareness and the efficient management about this point. At the same time, the article also presents some suggestions that the universities should change the conception and make the university stadiums step up the ways that is more socialization and industrialize. The concerned documents and system should be set up. It had better explore a new way to make their respective advantages complementary to each other.
