摘要
研究了土壤提取液中游离氧化铁含量的FIA ICP AES测定法。考察了采样量以及提取剂 (盐酸羟胺和草酸 )的浓度对测定的影响。试验表明 :如果选择 5 0 μL采样环进样 ,并将盐酸羟胺和草酸的浓度控制在 10mg·mL-1以下 ,则进样顺畅 ,不出现喷雾嘴堵塞的现象 ,分析线的背景干扰也得到有效抑制。此法的回收率为 97 6 %~ 10 0 % ,RSD≤ 3 5 %。
Free iron oxide in soil extract is determined by flow injection analysis inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry.The effects of the volume of the laoding sample and the concentration of the extractants(NH 2OH·HCl,H 2C 2O 4) were investigated.When 50 μL sampling ring is selected and the concentration of two extractants is controled under 10 mg·mL -1 ,sprayer nozzle is not blocked and feeding is smooth,the background interference is checked effectively as well.The recoveries of standard addition are 97 6%—100% with precision 2 3%—3 5% RSD( n=5 ).
