随着经济的快速发展和节约资源保护环境的迫切要求,我国再生铝产业近几年来发展迅速,再生铝产量已由2002年的130万吨增加到2010年的380万吨,平均年增长率为21.37%。自2008年金融危机以来,再生铝进入了微利时代或无利时代,微利时代如何生存发展考验着所有企业。因而,如何降低采购成本、如何解决废铝原料的科学配料从而降低现金加工成本,已成为再生铝企业经营管理过程中的两大主要问题。

With rapid economic development and demands of resources saving and protecting environment, the secondary aluminium industry has rapidly developed recently,which the output of 1,300,000t in 2002 added to 3800000t in 2010, the average annual growth rate was 21.37%. Since financial crisis happened in 2008, the secondary aluminium industry has entered low margin age,all enterprises had to solve problems how to operate and develop. Reduc- ing purchasing costs and reducing manufacturing costs by scientific proportioning of aluminium scrap are two main problems during operation and manage- ment for secondary aluminium enterprises.
