固体铝酸钠中可溶铝、可溶钠分析方法改进

The improvement on analyzing method for soluble aluminium and sodium in solid sodium aluminate

目前固体铝酸钠的分析没有统一的行标和国标,各生产企业内部普遍采用铝酸钠溶液分析方法测定其可溶钠和可溶铝的含量,试样加入后容易出现结块,不易全部溶解,残留的不溶物多,分析结果偏低;煮沸时间不同,分析结果重现性差。本文利用固体铝酸钠的化学性质对原分析方法进行了改进,解决了存在的问题。

At present there are no unified industry standard and national unified for analyzing solid sodium aluminate, which measuring the contents of sol- uble aluminium and sodium is usually used in enterprises. As there are caking and more insoluble residues in the solution after the samples are added, the results are lower. And boiling times to heat samples are different, the results are also different. In this paper a new analyzing method is introduced, which is improved based on chemical properties of solid sodium aluminate.
