摘要
在实验室尝试以Al-Cu合金做为铝电解阴极,以液态Al-Cu合金做为铝电解产品的工艺技术。该工艺既简化工艺难度,又可提高电流效率和降低电解电压。电解试验过程中电解电压平稳,无阳极效应发生,电解质清澈且导电性能良好。同等条件下合金阴极可使试验槽电压降低0.05V~0.08V左右,试验收铝电流效率提高6%~9%,液态产品密度提高至2.586g/cm3,不影响铝电解出铝方式。
In this paper,it attempted to produce A1 - Cu alloy as aluminium cathode in the laboratory. The process not only simplified the process , but also improved the current efficiency and reduced the cell voltage. The 10A electrolysis test showed the voltage was stable during the test ,no anode effect oc- cursed, the electrolyte was clear and its electrical conductivity was good. The same test conditions by alloy cathode could reduce the cell voltage of 0. 05 to 0. 08 volts,the current efficiency of test received 6% to 9% ,the density of liquid products increased to 2. 586g/cm3 ,and the aluminium tapping was not affected.
