摘要
为了解和掌握消费者对转基因食品的购买意愿及其影响因素,建立政府、企业和消费者之间的有效沟通机制,本研究依据北京、上海、深圳、苏州、武汉和重庆等6个城市1 170个消费者的调查数据,运用SPSS17.0软件对其转基因食品的购买意愿与影响因素进行了有序分类Ordinal回归分析。研究结果表明:目前我国消费者对转基因食品的购买意愿较低,其中性别、受教育程度、家庭是否有未成年人、转基因食品信息来源、转基因食品认知水平、食品偏好、转基因食品风险感知以及对政府管理食品问题的信任度等是影响我国消费者对转基因食品购买意愿的主要因素。
As the most important component of the market,consumers are the starting and end points of the development of GM food,so it is important to know the consumers’ purchase intention of GM food and factors that affect it,which play a key role in establishing an effective communication system among the government,enterprises and consumers.Based on the survey data collected from Beijing,Shanghai,Shenzhen,Suzhou,Wuhan and Chongqing,an Ordinal regression analysis on the consumers’ purchase intention of GM food and factors that affect it was performed by using the SPSS 17.0.The result showed that many factors affect consumers’ purchase intention of GM food significantly.These factors are gender,level of education,whether having children under 16 years old,information source of GM food,cognition about GM food,consumers’ purchasing preference,food risk perception,and whether consumers trust government management on food or not,etc.
