摘要
基于本区48种植物的实测数据,分析了草本、灌木和乔木3种生长型植物叶片的生理属性的变化规律及其相互关系。结果显示,最大光合速率与除叶表面蒸汽压外的其他属性都显著正相关,水分利用效率与最大光合速率、光合氮利用效率正相关,气孔导度与叶表面蒸汽压负相关而与蒸腾速率正相关;本研究区域草本、灌木和乔木3种不同生长型植物间,除水分利用效率外,各属性无显著差异,3个采样地点间,除水分利用效率外,各属性差异显著;最大光合速率、光合氮利用效率和蒸腾速率与气候因子和海拔显著相关。因此,本研究区植物6种叶属性值明显相关,生长环境比生长型可能对本研究中植物叶生理属性的影响更明显。
Plant functional trait is one of the hot topic in ecological research in recent years.Leaf functional trait is closely related with biomass allocation,resource acquisition and utilization,and resource use efficiency.Physiological properties of 6 types of leaves from 48 plants classified as three groups of herb,shrub and tree were measured at three sites around Beijing.The measured properties were photosynthetic capacity(Pn),photosynthetic nitrogen-use efficiency(PNUE),stomatal conductance(Cond),transpiration rate(Tr),water use efficiency(WUE) and vapor pressure deficit at the leaf surface(Vpdl).The results showed that leaf Pn was positively related with other physiological properties except Vpdl.The WUE was positively related with Pn and PNUE.Stomatal conductance was negatively related with Vpdl but positively with Tr.The variance results showed that there was not significant difference in the properties(except WUE) among the three groups of herb,shrub and tree but significant among the sample sites.It was evident that sample site had more effects on physiological properties than plant types,which might reflect the dominant influence of the environments on physiological properties of plant leaves in this area.
