摘要 研究了 9-(3,5 -二溴 )水杨基荧光酮与铝 ( )的反应条件。在 p H5 .5的(CH2 ) 6 N4-HCl缓冲溶液中 ,Al( )与试剂生成络合物使试剂的荧光猝灭。建立了铝 -9-(3,5 -二溴 )水杨基荧光酮体系测定痕量铝的荧光光度法。荧光强度与铝的含量在 0~ 1.4μg/10 m L范围内呈线性关系。 The fluorescence properties and reaction conditions of Al(Ⅲ) DBSF CTMAB fluorescent complex system are described.A method was developed for the microdetermination of Al(Ⅲ) based on the fluorometric quenching effect of DBSF CTMAB.The results indicate that in the buffer solution of (CH 2) 6N 4 HCl at pH 5.5,the Al DBSF CTMAB fluorescent complex has maximum excitation at 283 nm,and maximum emission at 562 nm.The fluorescence intensity is proportional to the amount of Al in the range of 0~1.4 μg/10 mL.This method is applicable for the microdetermination of Al in alloy steel with satisfactory results.
