摘要 缺乏具有全面综合的量化指标体系及客观评价方法是目前电动汽车入网环境效益评价中面临的重要问题。在深入探讨全寿命周期理论的基础上,根据电动汽车电能供给及污染物排放过程,设计了计及电网侧及车辆本身的综合评价指标,以细致量化电动汽车入网方案在污染物以及温室气体排放方面的环境影响。同时,为考量电动汽车入网运营的经济性,对电动汽车规划项目的综合投资成本进行量化分析。在此基础上,提出了多目标灰靶决策方法,通过计算效果向量的靶心距对不同方案进行优劣排序,解决了传统评价手段中过多依赖决策者主观判断的问题。基于IEEE-RBTS Bus6测试系统的算例分析验证了模型的合理性和可行性。 The lack of a comprehensive index system and ob- jective evaluation method are the big challenges to environ- mental effects evaluation for the access of electric vehicles to current network. Based on study on life cycle theory, a comprehensive index system that evaluates the environmen- tal effects on pollutant and greenhouse gas emission quanti- tatively is designed by considering of power grid and vehicles according to the power supply and emission process. In or- der to ensure the economical efficiency of the system, the comprehensive investment cost of electric vehicles planning projects are analyzed quantitatively. In the end, different simulated electric vehicle connection schemes are ranked ac- cording to the calculation result of the bull's-eye-distance based on multi-grey target model. The analysis on IEEE- RBTS Bus6 test system verifies the validity and feasibility of the model.
