摘要
某热电厂300MW燃煤锅炉的制粉系统配ZGM95G型中速磨煤机,制粉系统存在煤粉细度偏大、煤粉均匀性较差和煤粉分配不均等问题,利用单一变量影响因子法进行制粉系统的优化调整试验。试验比较了磨煤机分离器挡板开度不同、加载压力不同对煤粉均匀性、煤粉细度和磨煤机电耗的影响,确定该磨煤机的分离器挡板开度应调整为53°,加载压力调整为9.0MPa,按此参数运行的煤粉均匀性指数可以达到1.16,满足运行要求。同时提出了在磨煤机分离器后加装可调式的煤粉分配设备的措施,改善了煤粉分配的均匀性,在实际运行中取得良好效果。
The coal pulverizing system of the 300MW coal- fired boiler in a thermal power plant is equipped with the ZGM95G medium speed mill. In view of the problem of too large coal fineness, poor uniformity of pulverized coal and uneven distribution of pulverized coal in the pulverizing sys- tem, optimized tests of the pulverizing system were conduc- ted under the single-variable method. The influence of dif- ferent factors (opening in separator and load pressure of milling system)on the uniformity, the fineness of pulverized coal and the consumption of coal mill is analyzed and com- pared. Finally, the optimal operating parameter of the o- pening in separator plate is 53~ and the load pressure of mill is 9.0MPa. It is showed that the uniform index of pulverized coal can reach 1.16 and satisfy operating requirement under the optimal operating parameters. Moreover, the measure of installing adjustable coal distribution equipment at the back of the separator of coal mill is presented, which improves the uniformity of pulverized coal allocation. Practical operation proves the optimal operation parameters are fit well.
