铁观音茶叶挥发性致香物的制备及其在卷烟加香中的应用 被引量:9

摘要 为修饰改善卷烟香气,采用水蒸气蒸馏法和吸附色谱法,制备铁观音茶叶挥发性致香物质,应用于卷烟加香。该产物赋予卷烟清甜感,香气醇厚甘鲜、细腻绵长,并有芬芳的兰花香,且馥郁持久,增加了香气的丰富性和圆润感。经气相色谱-质谱法分析鉴定,该产物主要含有36种香味化合物,总的质量分数为86.5%,其中包含橙花叔醇、β-苯乙醇、芳樟醇、顺式茉莉酮等香味成分。 In order to improve cigarette's flavor, the volatile components of Tie Guanyin tea were extracted by steam distil- lation and then separated by adsorption chromatography. When the product was added into cigarette, it eould give cigarette a sense of mellow sweet with fresh and lingering smooth note, and also impart a long-lasting orchid aroma, which provide rich and round senses to smoke. The components in the product were identified by using GC/MS method, including 36 compounds which amounted to 86.5% of the total mass fraction, such as nerolidol, β-phenylethanol, linalool, cis-iasmone.
