摘要
研究了在少量抗坏血酸存在下 ,硫酸铵 -硫氰酸铵 -乙醇体系萃取浮选Cu( )的行为。Cu( )被抗坏血酸还原为 Cu( )后能与 SCN-生成 Cu SCN沉淀 ,该沉淀可以被萃取浮选在乙醇与水两相界面之间。 p H 1~ 4时 ,能使 Cu( )与常见离子 Fe( )、Co( )、Ni( )、Mn( )、Zn( )、Cd( )、Cr( )、Mo( )
A study on the liquid liquid extraction floatation behaviour based on ascorbic acid ammonium thiocyanate ethanol in the presence of ammonium sulphate was performed and the proper conditions of separation were selected.It showed that the CuSCN is formed in this system and it is easily floated between the two phases of ethanol and water.In the same conditions,Fe 3+ ,Co 2+ ,Ni 2+ ,Mn 2+ ,Zn 2+ ,Cd 2+ ,Mo 6+ and Cr 3+ could not be extracted into the ethanol phase but remained in the water phase,so Cu(Ⅱ) could be completely separated from them by adding 3.5 g (NH 4) 2SO 4,1.0 mL of 1.0×10 -3 mol/L ammonium thiocyanate and 1.0 mL of 1.0×10 -3 mol/L ascorbic acid to 10.0 mL 30% ( v/v ) ethanol solution at pH 1~4.
