ICP-AES法测定RZnAl5RE合金中的镧、铈、铁、铝、铅、镉

Determination of La,Ce,Fe,Al,Pb and Cd in RZnAl5RE Alloys by ICPAES

采用 ICP-AES测定了 RZn Al5 RE合金中的 La、Ce、Fe、Al、Pb、Cd元素含量。考察了基体及无机酸浓度对 6种元素分析线强度的影响。选择了仪器工作条件 ,检出限在 0 .0 3～ 1.0 0 μg/L 之间 ,加标回收率为 93%～ 10 8% ,相对标准偏差小于 12 .6 8% (n=10 )。

The determination of La, Ce, Al, Fe, Pb and Cd in RZnAl5RE alloy by ICPAES mothod was described. The effects of the intensity of the analytic lines of the six elements were investigated. The necessary operation parameters were chosen. The detection limit(3,n=10 integral time=1s) is 0.03～1.00ug/L.The recovery of the added standard samples is 93%～108%.The relative standard deviations are less than 12.68%(n=10).
