摘要
某项目首座焦炉的烘炉经论证,采用调压天然气直接烘炉。烘炉采取了调整孔板,加长烧嘴,改造火床及监管火焰等技术措施;并着重做好温度控制,膨胀管理,检测空气过剩系数及供气监管等烘炉管理工作。首座焦炉用调压天然气成功转为正常加热仅用时2 h。烘炉温度控制评定为优,炉体膨胀结果理想,烘炉和转正常加热共消耗天然气97万m3。6 m焦炉使用调压天然气烘炉并转正常加热的成功实践,对首座焦炉建设开工有一定借鉴意义。
Natural gas was adopted to directly heat up the 6 m coke oven in the project. To this effect, some techni- cal measures were taken, e.g. adjusting the orifice plate, lengthening the burner, revamping the fire bed, supervising the flame, etc. Importance was attached to temperature control, expansion management, excess air ratio detection and gas sup- ply supervision. It only took them 2 hours to shift successfully from using the pressure-regulated natural gas to normal heating up of the first battery, and during this transformation, only 970,000 m^3 of natural gas was consumed. This practice can serve as a reference for other coking projects.
