低温煤焦油萃取-热解神府煤耦合新工艺研究

摘要 摘要以煤的衍生溶剂——低温干馏煤焦油为萃取剂,对神府煤进行溶剂萃取-热解处理,考察了溶剂体系、萃取温度、溶煤比和时间4个因素对神府煤总转化率的影响。结果表明:以低温煤焦油的200℃.360℃馏分作萃取溶剂、在萃取温度200℃、溶煤质量比4:1、萃取时间30min的工艺条件下,可以使神府煤的总转化率达到35%左右。 The characters of the Lingshi fat coal in Huoxi Coal Field with high and low sulfur content were analyzed and the process indices and petrography of the special fat coal were summarized. Comparison between this special coal and other common local coals with high and low sulfur content were made, and coking practice with 10 different blending op- tions were performed. The result showed that with right blending of the special fat coal, the coke quality was stable, the cost was reduced, and the economic benefit was remarkable.
