摘要 碎煤加压气化制天然气的优势是粗煤气中甲烷含量较高,但同时存在着含酚污水的处理和原料块煤的供应等问题。分析探讨了目前针对上述问题的一些解决方法,并介绍了GP公司的Blue Gas、催化气化、加压流化床气化等其他可供煤制天然气项目选择的气化技术的一些发展动向。 For coal-to-SNG projects, the advantage of the crushed coal pressure gasification technology is that the product gas thus produced has high methane content. The paper pointed out that the main problems that exist in such tech- nology lies in the treatment of phenolic water and the supply of the feed lump coal. Some methods in addressing the two problems were summarized. Additionally, the pressure fluidized bed gasification, the catalytic gasification and the moving bed hydrogasification technologies for coal-to-SNG were also introduced.
