摘要
论述了铁路架桥机的使用特点,并以TJ165型铁路架桥机组主机用NJ3型平车及辅机用NJ4型平车为例,介绍了该车的结构特点及主要技术参数,通过对过轨运输工况和施工作业工况下的轴重计算及试验数据的分析,提出了轴重提高后架桥机组用平车新的方案设想,对改善车辆的性能从而进一步提高过轨运输速度的可行性进行了探讨。
The paper discusses the application characteristics of the railway erecting machine,takes the NJ3 and NJ4 flat car used in TJ165 T-girder erecting machine as an example,and introduces the structural features and main technical parameters of this wagon.By analyzing and calculating the axle load and test data under transport condition through the rail and working condition,it puts forward new scheme for T-girder erecting machine flat car after improving the axle load and further discusses the feasibility of advancing the speed through the rail by improving performance of the flat car.
