气相色谱法测定儿腹康贴剂中丁香酚的含量

DETERMINATION OF CONTENT OF SYINGIC PHENOL EN ERFUKANG BY GAS CHROMATOGRAPHY

采用气相色谱法(15％聚乙二醇20M+10％阿匹松柱)测定儿腹康贴剂中丁香酚的含量,线性范围为0.1～1.0g/L,以正十七烷为内标,重复性好,加标回收率较高。

The GC method for determination of content of syingic phenol in erfukang sticking was established.The conditions for determination were; 15% polyethylene glycol-20 M + 10% Apiezon on 100 ~ 120 mesh chromosorb WAW-DMCS packed in a 1 m×3 mm i d.Both FID detector and injector port at 230℃.Heptadecane was used as internal standard,The response was linear between 0.1 g/L and 1.0 g/L.This method is proved to be highly sensitive,good reproducible and satisfactory.
