基于ABAQUS的易拉盖耐压性能分析

摘要 易拉盖的耐压值是评价其质量的重要指标。该文将易拉盖的模拟计算结果和试验结果进行对比,验证了模拟计算的正确性和可行性;采用模拟计算方法对新盖型进行分析,主要包括易拉盖结构尺寸和材料厚度对其耐压值的影响,为易拉盖的减薄设计提供了理论依据。 The pressure endurance of easy open end is important index for evaluating its quality.The result of analogue computation was verified by experiments.Analogue computation was adopted for the analysis of new lid type,mainly including the effect of structure size and material thickness on its pressure endurance.The result offers theoretical basis for thinning design of easy open end.
